PEAK SEASON CANCELLATION (September/April inclusive, Long Weekends and School Holidays)

If more than 60 days notice is given for a reservation cancellation, guests will be refunded their payment less an AUD$100.00 cancellation fee for each reservation.
If a reservation is cancelled or altered within 31-60 days of arrival, a refund of 50% of the payment will be refunded to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
If less than 30 days notice is given for a cancellation or alteration, no refunds or credit will be given.

Booking Terms

  • A holding fee is required for all reservations at the time of booking. Bookings will not be confirmed until payment is received and receipted.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, you accept our terms and conditions.
  • A minimum booking period applies for all Long Weekends and Christmas.
  • Long Weekends are a minimum of 3 days, with a holding fee due upon booking and full payment due 60 days prior to arrival.
  • Easter is a minimum of 4 nights, being Thursday to Easter Monday.
  • For Christmas week there is a 7 day minimum booking starting 26th December to 2nd January.
  • For your peace of mind, it is recommended that you take out travel insurance.
  • Please be aware: No refunds for early departures


We accept cash, Visa and Mastercard. Sorry, no cheques accepted. Direct deposit payments can also be made.

Check In / Check Out Times

SITES: 12:00pm check in | 10:00am checkout.
CABINS: 2:00pm check in | 10:00am checkout.

Early check in or late checkout fees apply and can be prearranged with the office. Please note it is not always possible over peak periods.

LATE ARRIVALS: Should your arrival time be after  5pm Peak / 4pm Off Peak, contact must be made with our office on 08 9720 1057 to make arrangements for after hours check in.

STRICTLY NO PETS INSIDE ACCOMMODATION (Excluding Cabin 55 – Pet Friendly).


Credit card details must be left at the office when booking a cabin, due to extra cleaning costs, breakages or theft.
All details will be destroyed, subject to unit inspection and confirmed clean and tidy, with no smoking or any loss or damages.

Servicing of Cabins

  • Cabins are to be serviced once a week for any stay 7 days or more.
  • Should you request a service within the week, a fee will apply. Any linen damage of staining, burning or stealing will be charged at replacement cost.
  • No smoking in any accommodation. A fumigation fee will be charged to your credit card if you do.
  • Please choose your bed carefully – When more beds/linen are used than the booking allows, guests will be charged an extra $25 per bed due to extra cleaning costs.
