Terms & Conditions
Booking Policy
- Prices are subject to availability and fluctuations may occur. Once you have made a reservation, you have agreed to and are locked into the day’s rate and our Terms & Conditions.
- Your tariff is confirmed for the number of guests as per your reservation. Additional charges may apply for extra guests. If you exceed the maximum number of people available for the style of accommodation, including infants, children and adults, your booking will be forfeited on arrival.
- Minimum nights stays apply at all times of year. Once a booking is made, bookings can not be reduced below the minimum night stay applicable at the time of booking. We do not apply refunds for early departures.
Any bookings made within 60 days of arrival, requires full payment within 14 days. Non payment – will result your booking being automatically cancelled and opened back up for rebooking to other guests.
Any bookings made more than 120 days in advance – requires a 50% deposit to confirm booking. A reminder email will be sent to you – advising 50% deposit required. Please note – if this deposit is not paid within 14 days of this email, your booking will be cancelled and opened back up for rebooking to other guests.
Any outstanding balance for this booking MUST be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival. Once again – a reminder email will be sent. If the account remains unpaid within 14 days of this reminder email – your booking will be automatically cancelled and opened up to other guests.
Travel Insurance
- We strongly advise travel insurance for all your holiday bookings to meet your personal requirements in respect to personal injury, illness, employment changes or weather conditions.
Cancellation Policy
- All reservations require a deposit and/or full payment within 14 days of booking. Any changes to reservations or cancellations will incur an administration fee of $25.00. All cancellations must be made directly with the park in writing. Upon cancellation, monies paid can be credited to a client account for future stays. Any money transferred for future stays at the parks will only be valid for 12 months from the original reservation date. No credit or refund will be available for early departures or cancellations once arrived. A credit cannot be exchanged for a refund.
Standard
- Cancellations received more than 31 days prior to the reservation date, will receive a refund of monies paid minus a cancellation fee of $50.00.
- Cancellations made within 31 days from the reservation, surrender all monies paid.
Rebooking Rate Policy
At Binningup Beach Caravan Park – we value your loyalty and strive to provide you with the best possible experience. Our rebooking rate policy is designed to reward guests who choose to rebook the same period of time in the same style of accommodation during their current stay. Please take note of the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: The rebooking rate is only applicable to guests who choose to rebook for the same period of time in the same style of accommodation during their current stay. It is not transferable to other guests or applicable for date changes or changes of name.
- Applicability: Guests must rebook for the exact same period of time and accommodation style to qualify for the rebooking rate. Any changes to the booking, such as date changes or accommodation type changes, will void the rebooking rate.
- Cancellation Policy: The cancellation policy for rebooked stays remains as per the standard policy outlined in our terms and conditions.
- Booking Process: To avail of the rebooking rate, guests must inform our reservation team during their current stay about their intention to rebook for the same period and accommodation style. Our team will assist you with the rebooking process and provide you with the applicable rate.
- Validity: The rebooking rate is subject to availability and may not be available during peak periods or special events. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.
- Non-transferable: The rebooking rate is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers unless explicitly stated.
- Booking Confirmation: Rebooked stays are subject to confirmation based on availability at the time of rebooking. Confirmation will be provided by our reservation team once the rebooking process is complete.
By availing of the rebooking rate, guests agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined above. For any queries or assistance regarding our rebooking rate policy, please feel free to contact our reservation team.
Leavers/Under 18’s Policy
- Binningup Beach Caravan Park will not accept any bookings where all clients are under 18 years.
- BBCP do not accept ‘Schoolies/Leavers’ bookings.
- We do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual ‘Schoolies’ Period.
- In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our families and guests during this period.
- For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers for the period 22nd October to 17th December.
- BBCP advises if you still choose to book your accommodation with us and it turns out that you are school leavers, or you have school leavers in your party your booking will be cancelled and cancellation fees will be forfeited at the discretion of management.
PET POLICY
We hope you have a great stay with your pet, and we ask that all pet owners adhere to our pet friendly rules:
- Pet owners are to respect the Park and its guest and staff.
- Do not leave your pet unattended or on your site alone at any time.
- Consider other guests by keeping your pet quiet.
- Pick up after your pet and leave the site clean for the next guest and pet.
- Your pet must be on a short leash at all times no more than 2 metres in length.
- No pets allowed in any buildings, reception, common areas, playgrounds, pools or ablution blocks.
- No pets to be taken into any accommodation at any time or onto the verandahs, unless specifically booked into our dog friendly cabins.
- Please exercise your pet out of the park (there is a dog beach and park nearby).
- No washing of pet’s bedding in laundry sinks or washing machines.
- Management reserves the right to terminate the occupancy (no refunds) where breaches of pet rules occur.
Park Rules
- Quiet time is strictly from 10pm to 7am – please be kind, courteous and considerate to other guests, staff and those around you by observing the Parks quiet time and keeping noise to a minimum. This includes loud televisions.
- Please ensure your accommodation and sites, as well as the facilities you use during your stay are kept generally clean and tidy and use the appropriate waste stations provided for all rubbish and recycling
- All tents, structures and caravans must fit within the shade cloth or concrete area. One 3m x 3m floorless gazebo per site is allowed. Please leave pathways between sites clear.
- As of the 1st of December 2024, the communal areas in the Park are Smoke Free (including vapes and e-cigarettes).
- There is ONE allocated car bay per site / accommodation for guest use. All additional vehicles are to be parked in the visitor car park near the front office or on the verge at the top of the Park entry.
- Boats, dinghies, jetskis and trailers are to be parked in the Visitors Car Parks and NOT on sites
- No boat, caravan, annexe / awning or car washing is permitted.
- Bikes, scooters, rollerblades, skateboards and the like, can only be used during daylight hours, only and must adhere to the walking pace speed limit and are to be used on the roads only. Helmets are to be worn at all times. Devices will be confiscated in the case of misbehaviour.
- E-rideables and electronic micro-mobility devices, including e-scooters and e-bikes, are not permitted for use in the park at any time.
- 5km/h speed limit applies to all vehicles and micro-mobility devices at all times
- A parent or guardian must supervise all children aged 16 years and under at all times whilst on resort grounds. Particularly whilst on play equipment, in the swimming pool and whilst using Park amenities.
- Parents and guardians, you are responsible for your children’s actions and behavior at all times.
- No person is permitted to engage in any dangerous behavior while using the Park’s facilities which, in the case of water areas, includes flips, somersaults, diving, slipping, falling, and running on wet services.
- Please report any incidents, accidents or damage in the Park to management as soon as possible.
- When government fire restrictions allow, “OZ PIG” style fires are permitted to be used in the Park. Use of fires is at patron’s own risk. Children are not to be left unattended around fire pits. Fires must be attended at all times and extinguished after use
- Prices, rules and policies are subject to change without notice.
- Park management reserves the right to evict any person who fails to obey the park rules. Eviction from the park will result in forfeiture of all monies paid.
- Any person found to be damaging park property or that of other guests will be evicted from the park and will be held responsible for repair costs.
